Get two instruments.

My fee is comparable to most other instrumentalists, however you get two instruments. Please contact me via email or phone, and I would be happy to give you a quote. If you are a church Music Director please contact me via email or phone, and I would be happy to give you a quote for your mass, service, or ceremony.

I have been playing both instruments in churches for over 35 years.

It is very easy to have me play at your wedding, or church service. You won’t need to worry about finding music for me. Although I can read printed parts, my greatest asset is having absolute or perfect pitch. I can improvise harmonizations to the music I hear as well as transpose parts into different keys. Having been a church musician for more than 26 years, 14 years as a Catholic Church Music Director. With that, I am familiar with the liturgy, and much of the repertoire which makes it easy on music directors who then do not have to always find printed parts for me to read. As a violinist and trumpeter, I play throughout the mass or service. My familiarity with the liturgy and its music allows me to choose appropriate times to play and which instrument to use. My fee is comparable to other instrumentalists, except that I play two instruments; it’s like getting two instrumentalists for the price of one.

My bachelor and masters degrees in music education are from Temple University.

I have been a music teacher and orchestra director in the Haverford Township School District in Havertown, PA for 35 years. I was the music director for 14 years at St. Pius X Church, a large parish in Broomall, PA, a post I resigned upon my move to Hainesport. While at St. Pius X, I was an organist for masses and directed the 50+ voice adult choir. At St. Pius X, I directed the music for many events that were hosted by the parish for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, most notably masses for both Cardinal Bevilaqua and Cardinal Rigali upon their elevation to Cardinal. In addition, I served on the board of the ACMP (Association of Church Musicians in Philadelphia) for 4 years. Prior to my post at St. Pius X, I was the music director at the Church Of the Atonement, (Episcopal) in Morton, PA for 10 years.
